Phase #1: Envision
This phase typically happens 1-5 years before Launch and provides tools for church planters to move from envisioning to action.
Phase #2: Preparation
This phase typically happens 12-18 months before Launch and provides a solid foundation for church planters and their team as they familiarize themselves with the target community.
Phase #3: Pre-Launch
This phase typically happens 9-12 months before Launch and guides church planters through the legal, financial, and administrative systems of a church.
Phase #4: Launch
This phase typically happens in the 6 months leading up to the Launch and includes Interest Gatherings as well as the actual Launch service.
Phase #5: Post-Launch
This phase advises church planters in the months following the Launch, as they establish sustainable systems and strategies.
